28th Sept 2022- Cutting off the thoughts... Nothing to drag

 

If you observe your daily feelings, then you will identify that some days are starting and finishing with a common set of thoughts and without anything special. Common thoughts mean the things we need to think about day-to-day normal schedules. 

What should I cook for breakfast and lunch? What should be better for dinner? Did I have a good sleep last night? What is today's work update I should give in the daily meetings? Should I do the meditation today? What would be the power cut schedule today? The last one was a new addition from a few months now.

This is the common list for me. If there is any special thing, then it is not bound with a person except my Papa. That is the most important and the best thing that has been happening for years. I think these common thoughts are good for a peaceful life, but only if you are not dragging them further.

If there is any special apart from this list, then it goes with an outing, attire, or food. Once it is done, then there are no more things to continue and maintain. If the meetup is over, then it is ending up with memories. The only final task you have is uploading a few pictures on social media and responding to others’ reactions. Apart from that nothing will drag further. But some of my friends think that the last task is also not necessary. They do not like to bother up to that extent.

Then nothing is there to maintain. Isn't it a relief? Or are you expecting the others in your thoughts? Or do not you feel this kind of cutting off the more thoughts is a relief? Does not it free your mind?
